It is advertised that you can create your own custom map for those VSTs that do not offer such a plugin map. ![]() For this purpose there are so called plugin maps distributed for the most common plugins around. I like the AKAI hardware - but the whole concept relies on that piece of software that is called VIP (now version 3.0 out) that acts as a VST host (can be run as VST even inside a DAW), manages presets (first time I have my thousands of patches in one place - searchable - I like that) and maps plugin controls. I just bought an AKAI Pro Advance 49 keyboard controller - especially to integrate with my V Collection 5 (aftertouch for the CS-80 V3 - Arturia support was even listed on the AKAI box).
